TMC Reveals 2023 ESOP Share Price

Today is one of the most exciting days of the year at TMC: the reveal of our ESOP share price!

We’re proud to say we’ve been employee-owned for almost 11 years. Employees are entered into the ESOP (employee stock ownership program) at no cost to them, and they are fully vested after six years of employment.

The ESOP means that we all share in TMC’s growth and success. As we like to say, we own excellence.
